Rural Works is a young company that was established in 2010 by the founder Steve Portlock, who saw an opportunity in the market to carve his own path within arboriculture. Working with many other companies Rural Works has gained valuable insights into arboriculture that has helped create a company that can design and tailor work to establish client led results.
Our staff are NPTC Certified to required standards. We have £5 million public liability insurance. Our climbing and rigging equipment is LOLER certified and we have Chapter 8 certification for roadside work. Furthermore Rural Works operates within the parameters of ‘BS3998 Tree Work Recommendations’
The team also boast qualifications to degree level in ‘Arboriculture’ from Moreton Morrell College and degree level in ‘Countryside and Environment Management’ from Harper Adams University. Although the company is reasonably young, its experience is quite vast due to its hard working and competent staff.
